Cloud Backup is an optional Google Play subscription ($1.99/month or $14.99/year). It requires an active subscription and Google sign-in. While both are in place, RatePocket can back up and sync spending history, restore on a new phone, unlock unlimited exports, and raise the category limit to 14. Ads stay on. Cancel anytime in Google Play.
When adding a spend, you can scan a bill with the camera or pick a photo from your gallery. RatePocket uploads the image to our server, which uses an AI vision model (OpenAI) to suggest line items you can edit before saving. Free installs get 3 lifetime scans. Cloud Backup subscribers get 75 scans per calendar month. See the Privacy Policy.
Core features work without an account. If you used Cloud Backup, open Settings → Account & data → Delete account while signed in, or use the Delete account page / email support.tradali@gmail.com. Sign-out, clear data, account deletion, and cancelling a Play subscription are different actions — see that page. Local-only data can also be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling.
