Yes — income sources include Pay Day (salary), freelance, delivery, tips, and other. Spending uses separate categories. Both show on Today and in History → Reports for the period you choose. Recorded surplus is income minus expenses for that range — not a bank balance or guaranteed savings.
Yes — with Cloud Backup, the Owner creates one shared group (7 seats). Invited Admins and Members join free. Personal spending stays separate. While the Owner’s Cloud is active, Owner and Admin can write shared money; Members can read. If the Owner’s Cloud expires, the group becomes read-only (Owner/Admin can still export historical group data as implemented in the app).
